But most importantly, with property prices raising steadily your investment instantly gains profit in the time that your home is being built! It's a great way to purchase your IDEAL HOME on Crete! You pay your house in stages, according to the progress in the build of your property. This way our clients find that their money is secure and a final stage payment is made upon completion.

Design and Build

Further to our ready designed projects we offer the ‘DESIGN & BUILD’ option, where you select a plot of land from our range of plots and we introduce you to one of our experienced architects whom we work with and will guide you to design an IDEAL HOME to suit your needs. This is also a very popular option as it is often cheaper than buying a ready built property and you get to design your dream home in the process with all the profit advantages of buying off plan! Once you have selected a plot of land, you describe what you would like to our architect, who draws up detailed plans for your approval. Design and build offers a cost effective way of getting a new built home, which is made to measure.
